Comprehensive Services
Scaling and Root Planning
Scaling and root planing, otherwise known as conventional periodontal therapy, non-surgical periodontal therapy, or deep cleaning, is the process of removing or eliminating the etiologic agents – dental plaque, its products, and calculus – which cause inflammation. This inflammation can be destructive to bone and supporting tissues of the teeth.
Sealants
Dental sealant is a thin, plastic coating painted on the chewing surfaces of teeth — usually the back teeth (the premolars and molars) — to prevent tooth decay. The sealant quickly bonds into the depressions and grooves of the teeth, forming a protective shield over the enamel of each tooth.

Our office has recently upgraded to digital radiography, which uses less radiation than traditional imaging systems do.
Our system features an intraoral camera and monitors in each treatment room, which enables Dr. Slaybaugh to educate patients about their oral health in an innovative, visual manner.
In addition, since our building was—from the design stage forward—intended to be a dental office, each room is large, comfortable, and soothing, and features a relaxing view of the outdoors.
